Catching Mental Illness Earlier
Mental illnesses like psychosis can go untreated for an average of 1-2 years. The longer these illnesses go unrecognised and untreated the more a person’s life deteriorates and the higher the chance of a negative outcome like suicide.
Head-Ed creates educational programs to educate people about the warning signs of mental illness and what actions to take once those signs appear.
Our first program will target suicide and mental breakdown educating secondary school students how to deal with these severe illnesses and how to get better.
